• Eligibility (qualifications and disqualifications):

  Adults managing severe and persistent mental illness – Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective, Bipolar, or Major Depression.

  Must not have a current presentation of violence/aggression nor active drug use.

  Diagnostic Assessment to be faxed to Gateway for review prior to membership.
