• Eligibility (qualifications and disqualifications):

  You must be homeless and have had an Assessment done to show your level of vulnerability. Homeless households are given to SHARE via the Continuum of Care's Coordinated Entry Process. If you are homeless, you can contact SHARE or United Housing Connections for an Assessment.

  The household has to be literally homeless -- meaning living in a shelter or in a place not meant for human habitation.
